A depressingly long time ago, I shared a house with (`inter alia`) someone called Tom, who conspired with somebody else called Alec to produce a site about making home-made wine. It seems to have inspired quite a lot of people! I am glad to be its custodian, even though both Tom and Alec long ago got jobs and can now afford to buy the stuff. This is why it hasn't been updated for about five years, and probably never will be. The colorful typography and graphics are very much part of its uniqueness. You have been warned. So, do not adjust your monitor, and enter the wine making pages.
